This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of MultiMessage, operated by InnerSite Solutions LLC. By using MultiMessage you agree not to use it for any of the prohibited purposes below. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service and Messaging Policy and is designed to align with mobile carrier rules, the CTIA guidelines, and the Twilio Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Consent is required
You may only message people who have given you prior express consent to receive messages. You may not message purchased, rented, scraped, or otherwise non-consented lists. You must honor every opt-out.

- illegal drugs, controlled substances, or cannabis;
- fraud, scams, phishing, deceptive marketing, or impersonation;
- high-risk financial services (e.g. payday/short-term loans, debt collection or relief, get-rich-quick schemes, certain cryptocurrency offers);
- gambling where prohibited;
- threats, harassment, malware, or any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Sending unsolicited messages (spam) or messages without valid consent.
- Evading, disabling, or interfering with opt-out (STOP) handling.
- “Snowshoeing” or spreading traffic across numbers to evade filtering.

- Violating the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempting to breach, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
4. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content of your messages, for obtaining and maintaining consent, for honoring opt-outs, and for complying with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions you message into. You agree to indemnify InnerSite Solutions LLC for claims arising from your use of MultiMessage in violation of this AUP.
