Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and InnerSite Solutions LLC (“MultiMessage,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the MultiMessage platform at multimessage.me. By creating an account or using MultiMessage, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Messaging Policy.
1. The service
MultiMessage provides software for sending SMS text messages and managing follow-up campaigns to contacts you provide. We may update, improve, or change features over time.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
3. Your responsibilities & consent
You are solely responsible for your messages and your contacts. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consent to message each Recipient, that you will honor opt-outs, and that your use complies with all applicable laws (including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act), carrier requirements, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Messaging Policy.
4. Pricing & billing
- MultiMessage is offered in tiered monthly plans (starting at $65/month), each including a fixed number of text messages per billing period. Current plans and limits are shown on our pricing page.
- If you reach your plan’s monthly message limit, you can upgrade to a higher plan or contact us about a custom plan; sending pauses until you do.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and stops future renewals.
5. Acceptable use
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and Messaging Policy, which are incorporated by reference. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate them, carrier rules, or the law.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and message delivery is best-effort and dependent on carriers. We may perform maintenance and may modify or discontinue features.
7. Intellectual property
MultiMessage and its software, design, and content are owned by InnerSite Solutions LLC and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain ownership of your own content and contact data.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnerSite Solutions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InnerSite Solutions LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your messages, your contacts, your consent practices, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using MultiMessage and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the new effective date will be posted here, and material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
